Tony is both a certified public accountant and attorney. In 1990, he received his Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School, where he now teaches Estate and Trusts, and Taxes of Estates and Trusts as an adjunct faculty member. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in accountancy from the University of Illinois in 1985.Tony thrives on tough legal and financial challenges—the kind of complex problems that require elegant strategies to achieve success. He believes that success requires a personal approach to the law as well as detailed planning, so he has created a service-oriented practice in which lawyers become trusted and valuable business and wealth-preservation resources to their clients. Tony speaks frequently at a variety of professional seminars, serves on the Planned Giving Committee and Board of Advisors of Catholic Charities of Chicago, and is a member of the Justinian Society of Lawyers. Margareth graduated with a degree in accounting from Loyola University, and after working as a certified public accountant for many years, entered the Chicago-Kent College of Law, receiving her Juris Doctorate with honors in 1990 and Master of Laws in taxation in 1999. She is a current member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
While at Chicago-Kent, Margareth was a founding member and chairwoman of the Chicago-Kent Tax Society. She has previously served as co-chair of the Women's Bar Association of Illinois Tax Committee, and as a member of the Sierra Club, due to her special interest in environmental law. Margareth's interest in law sparked from her undergraduate classes and experience as a CPA. She credits her thorough study of tax laws to her success as a lawyer, which not only make her profession more interesting, but allows her to help clients understand complex information in a simple way. |

John obtained his Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School in 2003 where he was a frequent member of the Dean's List and was selected to represent his law school in a national mock trial competition. He obtained his Bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton in 2000 and majored in Political Science with a pre-law emphasis.
His experiences as both a student of the law and attorney have included serving as a judicial extern, prosecuting violations of the municipal code for the City of Chicago, and several years of private practice with a heavy emphasis on trial practice, arbitration, mediation, counseling and negotiation, and complex motion practice. John thrives on uncompromisingly pursuing the interests of clients and believes that taking an aggressive approach yields the most favorable outcome for a client. This approach helps John stay focused and excited in identifying and pursuing beneficial results for each and every client. John frequently attends continuing legal education seminars and strives to stay ahead of the curve. |
