Credentials Tony is both a certified public accountant and attorney. In 1990, he received his Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School, where he now teaches Estate and Trusts, and Taxes of Estates and Trusts as an adjunct faculty member. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in accountancy from the University of Illinois in 1985. Tony thrives on tough legal and financial challenges—the kind of complex problems that require elegant strategies to achieve success. He believes that success requires a personal approach to the law as well as detailed planning, so he has created a service-oriented practice in which lawyers become trusted and valuable business and wealth-preservation resources to their clients. Tony speaks frequently at a variety of professional seminars, serves on the Planned Giving Committee and Board of Advisors of Catholic Charities of Chicago, and is a member of the Justinian Society of Lawyers. He is coauthor of Generations: Planning Your Legacy, a book on effective estate planning.

Credentials David received his Juris Doctorate at DePaul University School of Law in 1967 and his bachelor's degree in accountancy at Michigan State University in 1961. He is a CPA as well as an attorney, and is a founding member of both the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys and WealthCounsel, L.L.C. He is an active member of national, state, and local bar associations. David is a speaker regarding estate planning and coauthor of Your Life, Your Legacy: The Fundamentals of Effective Estate Planning. David takes a “people-centric” approach to estate planning in order to help his clients. He protects his clients’ wealth by designing and implementing comprehensive plans that include income, gift and estate tax planning, as well as a variety of charitable planning. Credentials Bruce received his Juris Doctorate at John Marshall Law School in 1990 and his Bachelor of Arts in political science from Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio, in 1971. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Cook County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Bruce has extensive experience as a civil litigator, corporate counsel, and legal counsel for major commercial and residential real-estate development projects. He is an adjunct professor at John Marshall Law School in Chicago, and is on the Board of Directors of the John Marshall Law School Alumni Association. He is also a board member/officer for various nonprofit organizations.

Credentials Anna received her law degree from the John Marshall Law School in 2000 and received her undergraduate degree from The University of Dayton in 1997. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District and Central District of Illinois, the Chicago Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, and the National Employment Law Institute. As an experienced employment litigator, Anna enjoys taking on new challenges, learning about clients, and delivering quality results. Her experience encompasses employment litigation for both employees and employers, contract negotiations, and real-estate law. Anna has gained extensive experience in employment actions and claims brought under the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. In addition, she drafts and creates employment agreements and handbooks for a variety of corporations and small-business owners.

Credentials Jessica received her law degree from John Marshall Law School in 2006 and her Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Toledo University in 2003. During her three years at John Marshall, Jessica was active in various law organizations, including the law fraternity Pi Alpha Delta, the Corporate Law Society, and the International Law Society. Jessica enjoys law because of the challenge it provides, and views each day as an experience to learn something new. She knows that staying focused, organized, and ahead of her tasks are key to being a successful lawyer. Jessica's extensive travel, coupled with the fact that she doesn't like to sit still, has sparked her interest in international law. Her most recent visits to France, Switzerland, Italy and Monaco inspire her to continue her journeys.

Credentials Margareth graduated with a degree in accounting from Loyola University, and after working as a certified public accountant for many years, entered the Chicago-Kent College of Law, receiving her Juris Doctorate with honors in 1990 and Master of Laws in taxation in 1999. She is a current member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association. While at Chicago-Kent, Margareth was a founding member and chairwoman of the Chicago-Kent Tax Society. She has previously served as co-chair of the Women's Bar Association of Illinois Tax Committee, and as a member of the Sierra Club, due to her special interest in environmental law. Margareth's interest in law sparked from her undergraduate classes and experience as a CPA. She credits her thorough study of tax laws to her success as a lawyer, which not only make her profession more interesting, but allows her to help clients understand complex information in a simple way.

Credentials John obtained his Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School in 2003 where he was a frequent member of the Dean's List and was selected to represent his law school in a national mock trial competition. He obtained his Bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton in 2000 and majored in Political Science with a pre-law emphasis. His experiences as both a student of the law and attorney have included serving as a judicial extern, prosecuting violations of the municipal code for the City of Chicago, and several years of private practice with a heavy emphasis on trial practice, arbitration, mediation, counseling and negotiation, and complex motion practice. John thrives on uncompromisingly pursuing the interests of clients and believes that taking an aggressive approach yields the most favorable outcome for a client. This approach helps John stay focused and excited in identifying and pursuing beneficial results for each and every client. John frequently attends continuing legal education seminars and strives to stay ahead of the curve.
