Experience
Jessica Wojtowicz is an Attorney known for her ability to multi-task and adapt to the ever-changing legal environment. She concentrates on Estate Administration and Probate, Corporate Law, Corporate and Non-profit Formation, and Operating Agreements.
Ms. Wojtowicz’s penchant to constantly learn, seek new challenges, and create orderly systems guides her client work. She easily researches questions and roadblocks, allowing her to develop sound, comprehensive, and detailed strategies and plans when responding to client business situations.
Always open to a challenge, Ms. Wojtowicz is known for taking on, digging in, and resolving complex assignments across many industries in a variety of client entities. In addition, she has expanded her knowledge base into international law, which has proven an invaluable resource to her clients and the firm. This experience has given Ms. Wojtowicz the reputation of a focused problem-solver. Ms. Wojtowicz is a native of northern Ohio and currently resides in vibrant downtown Chicago.
Education
Ms. Wojtowicz earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Toledo University and her Juris Doctorate from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago. While at John Marshall, she actively participated in the Pi Alpha Delta law fraternity, the Corporate Law Society, and the International Law Society.
In addition to learning through challenging assignments, Ms. Wojtowicz continually takes legal classes through multiple organizations, including the Chicago Bar Association and Wealth Counsel.
Professional and Civic Affiliations
Ms. Wojtowicz is a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Chicago Bar Association, where she is co-chair of the Asset Protection Committee. In addition to her involvement in professional organizations, she is a Board Member for Le Ballet Petit Guild, a small ballet company in Chicago. |
